Be sure to fill out the form completely for all tattoo inquiries. Include:

• Your idea - what you want, style, color or black & grey, and any extra details that you would like in your design

• Placement

• Approximate size (in inches)

• If the tattoo is going on open skin, or will need to be designed around existing tattoos, or is a coverup or rework

Coverups, reworks, and large projects will require a consultation​ in person. No appointment is set until a deposit is made. Deposits are non-refundable. If you have any questions, include them in the form, send me an emai, or stop by the shop. Thank you for your interest in my work!
